As my schedule gets tighter and tighter, finding time to visit the gym has become increasingly scarce. When I can't make it to the gym, I have two choices, either (a) skip the workout or (b) do it at home.
I really don't want to go too long without working out so I'm choosing option B. Sometimes though, I realize that I'm really not creative when it comes to exercise ideas without the use of the machines. Luckily for me, Instragram elevated themselves and finally added the video feature.
How is this all connected? Those wonderful ladies who once posted inspirational images of themselves are now sharing brief video snippets of the exercises they use to create their perfectly crafted physiques.
Unfortunately, I can't figure a way to embed those videos here, so I will share links so you can catch a peak for yourself. Here we go.
I admire how hard this woman works to create her flawless figure. You see her out there, in the sun, pushing herself as far as she can go. Because of Claudia's hard core boot camp sessions, I went out and bought a set of resistance bands. These bands are very portable so they allow for no excuses when I'm traveling. They're also perfect for increasing the intensity of my home workouts for those days when I can't make it to the gym.

"GetBodiedByJ" not only has a great physique but she also works tirelessly to help others to get in the best shape of their lives. She's got some wonderful mini-clips of her getting it in with her clients. Unfortunately, her account is private so you have to follow her first in order to view the instragram vids. ReplyDeleteGreat post I'm following all but Joie and Claudia now. .About to add these ladies. I created a workout plan that I can do at the gym with machines or use free weights at home. I also use my fave DVDs. Motivation right on time.
