I own a lot of beauty products. A lot. But there's one critical ingredient missing from my collection that I can no longer be without... retinol.
If you're serious about slowing the signs of aging, retinol is a must-have.
Retinol is basically a skin super-hero with the ability to do all of the following:
-Clear Acne
-Face Discoloration
-Brighten Skin
-Eliminate and Prevent Wrinkles.
Is there anything retinol can't do? There's this woman I stumbled on Youtube years ago who looked waaayyy younger than her age. Her secret? Retin A on a nightly basis. Retin A is a prescription-strength version of retinol that sometimes causes visible peeling and irritation. Those with sensitive skin prefer retinol to avoid the undesirable side effects. I have a tube Retin A that I use from time to time, but I'm never consistent because of the excessive dryness and peeling.
Instead of giving up on Retin A altogether, my alternative is to incorporate retinol somewhere in my daily rotation. Most brands offer a retinol creme but I'm already in love with Kiehl's Ultra Nourishing Creme and I don't want to let go.
Thankfully, a new retinol product came along that is literally a dream come true.
Over the past couple of years, I've really gotten into skincare sticks. SuperGoop's SPF Oil Stick will forever be one of my favorites. Beauty sticks are convenient and super easy to use. So when I learned that Peace Out created a Retinol Eye Stick, I was sold.I ran over to Sephora to grab one immediately only to learn that they were sold out. Days later, an email from Sephora informed me that the retinol sticks had returned, and I immediately grabbed 2 of them.
[THE STICK THAT ERASES WRINKLES]
So why I am so excited about this retinol stick?
As a wrinkle-fighting product, this retinol eye stick will be my ultimate weapon.
First, I don't really have a go-to under-eye product. Years ago, an esthetician told me that the best products for under eyes are those that have active ingredients that target the signs of aging. Retinol does exactly that!
My diabolical plan is to use this anti-aging eye stick on all of my areas of concern which include my smile lines, forehead, and over my acne scars to accelerate healing and fading. The first ingredient listed is squalane which my skin absolutely loves! It also contains hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and various plant extracts.
Need I say more?
If your mind isn't made up already, check out these reviews and be amazed.
After reading these reviews, I'm sure you understand why I grabbed two of them.
