{Try This} The Vision Board Manifesting Technique that Brings Your Vision to Reality

Inspiration

A new year is here and most of us are contemplating what we'd like to experience in the year ahead.  Perhaps you'll be putting together a vision board.  If so, I'd like to share some inspiration from an influencer who recently posted all the manifestations she experienced this year.
I was first exposed to the concept of the vision board after watching "The Secret."  I'll never forget seeing John Asaraf explain how he realized that he was living in the actual house he put on his vision board years earlier simply because he utilized the law of attraction principles.

Living in a house you cut and pasted onto posterboard seemed too good to be true. However, I was willing to try because I had to find out for myself if creating a vision board was as powerful as people described.  I have to admit, I've only created a couple of vision boards over the years.  Since I compiled them from magazine clippings, 80% of what's on my board is generic words of motivation paired with a few pictures that I resonated with.

But the process worked because I am currently driving the car that I glued to my vision board many years ago.  So I've decided to try it again. But this time, I'll be taking inspiration from the influencer who, in my opinion, mastered the vision board process.

At the end of the year, a bunch of people shared their annual recap via social media.  Sabrina decided to take it one step further by comparing all the major events of her year, with the images from her vision board that inspired her manifestations.

Sabrina didn't show us a typical vision board collage, instead, she shared a side-by-side of her desired intention next to her actual experience.  Some of her vision pictures seemed pretty attainable to recreate/manifest as you can see below:

But with each picture she shared, the manifestations seemed to get bigger and more inspirational.

She manifested from row seats at a fashion show.  Notice how the angle of the picture she captured was almost identical to her vision board image.

Sabrina's long-term boyfriend proposed to her in a very similar environment to what she envisioned (near a body of water surrounded by mountains).

Did Sabrina magically manifest her life simply by picking out pictures that resonated with her or did she intentionally try to recreate these pictures on purpose?  Without knowing the answer to that question, I've decided to implement her "vision board" idea anyway.

The very first step I've taken is to create a 2025 folder on Pinterest.  From there, I'll select some images of experiences I want for this year.  Then I'll create a "2025" album on my phone to store the pictures of manifestations and favorite moments throughout the year.

As a digital creator, I'm sure Sabrina is familiar with the process of gaining inspiration from images to recreate them for work.  Because she's done this countless times before, it's probably easier for her to manifest from visual inspiration without experiencing much resistance.  Sabrina might've seen the picture of the girl sipping champagne by the pool and immediately started planning her tropical vacation stay.  This is a form of what I consider "manual manifestation"....it's when you want something and immediately move into action to ensure you get it.

Manual manifesting isn't a bad thing. It helps you remove the barrier between wanting and experiencing.  I also think it makes you a better manifester overall because you don't doubt if you'll achieve your goal (you're actively working to get it). You expect your desires to be fulfilled because you've done it so many times before.

When I compare Sabrina's vision board collection to the one I did years ago, there's a world of difference in how specific her images were compared to mine.  This could explain why she easily manifested so many outcomes in a short span of a year.

I'm excited to try her process for myself and see what can unfold in the year ahead.
